There is no rear locking differential on fourth gen ram 1500.

I drive alot for work and dont have those issues. No vibrations either, Im at about 20,000kms right now.

I had my rear diff go at 45k kms. Waited 2 montha for a repair and it blew again in 3 days even though i said it still made noise they told me to drive it a week b4 i came back and claimed it was probably cupped tires. I had to tell the ram mechanic i would pay for the inspection if i was wrong on day 3 bec i coulsnt handle the noise for 4 more days. Guess what? I was right and rear diff was starting to fail again. 6 more weeks without my truck later as it was being repaired a second time and the truck is making a subtle sound and 4x4 after the diff repair feels rough and has noise. The rear diff has the sound again but nowhere near as bad as b4. I decided to list my truck for sale privately with 1 yewr warranty left and 2 weeks into listing it (now at 46200 kms the ac stopped working with a hiss behind the dash when you push ac. Ac is not under warranty and would require removing the entire dash to fix the leak. This truck has cost me about 1k in insurance sitting in a ram lot in -20 not being plugged in via heater block. Buying a new ram was the worst decision i have ever made. Now i am selling my 2010 ram 3500 as well out of spite. They lost a customer for life. Btw... if you google rear diff 2019... seems the american warlocks were recalled for low rear diff levels thst could cause them to prematurely wear out. I was told this recall did not apply to my canadian version of the truck... somehow i am skeptical.

​@@coffeebeans7912 wait until 47000 kms. My ac starting hissing under the dash and wont work. At 45000k my rear diff blew on a drive in a remote location in the dead of winter. I was lucky to have a full tank of gas. I no longer trust my truck on long drives so am selling it with 1 year warranty remaining. Rams are junk.

Nah bro just change them at home or get a shop too do it it’s not hard too do at all on your own and the halogens that come are bad I’m ordering some led replacements

@@luker6766 I heard that just putting led lights without changing the lead lights are pretty bad ? Also does it affect the warranty on the truck?

@@xmicoz warranty yes cause most dealerships are gonna find anything aftermarket and if you have an issue pertaining too electronics they might blame it on your head lights but most times they’re laid back so warranty yes and no but as far as effect if you don’t buy it with the right harness it’ll throw an engine code or headlight code

These would be done through the sales rep.. They do change month to month.

They are not facing the wrong side. If you read the black appearance package, it has the OWL (Outlined White Letters) All-Season tires.

Typically the black appearance comes like that.. Maybe in the future they'll change that.

If you want a bit more power and more towing capabilities, then the V8... Otherwise the V6 is perfect as well to cruise around in.
