13:50 No apologies necessary, but very kindly appreciated. I am 29, and in all the being very very lost i’ve done throughout my 20s I have silently and subconsciously begun to contemplate aging and death while I still have much of my youth. I am still reckless in mind and body, fighting bad ingrained habits, and trying not to be, just coping rather poorly, but I am always happy to be reminded through this channel that I can and would benefit from paying more attention to the reality around me. Thank you!

The fear of ageing came to me a few months ago while I was experiencing experiential crisis. It ended with a lot of insight and acceptance. It’s good to have such kind of experience and knowledge when you’re young because you will want to rethink about your life and your priorities. Otherwise people tend to live recklessly when they young

If you are in tune with spirit, no matter what age you are, you have relevance. If you are shallow, then when you get older, you either just ramble incessantly or become a catatonic vegetable sitting in front of a TV.

Why is it denying aging to keep the body fit and in good condition? Exercising is also good for the mind, so it doesn’t necessarily follow that going to the gym is a denial of reality.
