I agree. I realized that while in meditation that in that moment, I am aware and alive without thinking. That activity of meditation wasn't supposed to fix anything in the moment but to teach me that I can purposefully direct my attention away from thinking about problems and that I only actually live solely in this moment and that everything else is just a mental projection. We can meditate while working, or shopping, or anywhere else. It is putting your full attention onto 1 thing.
