Benchmark results for several different virtual Ram Disk drive Software solutions.
The host operating system is a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.
The CPUs are dual Intel Xeon L5640 2.27 GHz w/6 cores each.
96GB of Physical Ram installed by the way of 12 8GB ram slots.
Between each benchmark test the software was uninstalled and the system is rebooted before installing the next.
The benchmark software is CrystalDiskMark 5.2.1 x64 Portable.
Each Ram disk Drive was configured to its maximum size up to 48 GB and was formatted NTFS.
Two that really stand out are Softperfect and Romex Primo Server.
