second owner of a 2020ram 3500 dually laramie and was curious what kinda gooseneck setup it had. Was gonna buy bw but seen holes are already cut with a circular ball drop in and tongue groove. Now im curious if this box kit is under the back seat 🤔
When are the trailer towing mirrors gonna me available for the ram 2500 I got my diesel truck to tow and didn’t realize it had the towing mirrors till the next day , I guess that’s what happens for buying late at night .
Looking at buying a curt fifth wheel hitch with legs, it seems that curt hasnt updated website for 2021 Ram 3500 8 foot bed with prep package...models i was looking at the Q24 and legs...anyone know what make and model?
I ordered a kit from Curt and the anchors only fit in the back 2 anchor spots. The front anchor spots are smaller and wont allow the anchors to fit. Is there another kit that has the 2 smaller anchors ?
@@MoparWholesaleParts then u need to edit the video! That is not what u said! U said the safety chain hooks can go in front holes! They should go in front holes not the rear! That is the dumbest design ever.
@@crazyhass84 Chains should hook at the rear points. If you put them in the front and they are short they will bind when you turn. Plus who wants to climb up in the truck to hook and unhook the Chains??🤔
we have searched all over to find out what that 400074 number is with no luck. sometimes manufacturers put there numbers on the parts and it doesnot match up with the Mopar numbers. so this could be that case. thank you
@@MoparWholesaleParts It is the mopar number. Look at your kit shown in the video,in the right top and right bottom of the front. I have this same exact kit with exact model number. I dont see the kit number you guys state anywhere on the packaging, where does it show it? When i search mopar 400074 i see a few links to purchase this kit.
@@BushmanDayZ I opened the kit we have and the kits MOPAR part number is 82216057AA and on the front of the kit it shows 400074. again not sure what 400074 is. the MOPAR part number for this kit is 82216057AA we have them instock

If you are going to do a video on installing, show a video of installing, with slow, step by step instructions in real time. No point running 2 videos at once, with the most important one, "the real installation" being tiny shoved in the corner. From a beginners point of view, having 2 watch 2 videos at once is not convenient nor easy to follow.
This system is the WORST design! I probably would not have bought this truck had I known how much of a pain it is. The little balls in the bottom seized up and it was a fight to get out and I'm not sure it will go back in because its all seized and the top piece won't turn to lock it in. Also the top is caked with grease now and its a dirty job. The B&W turnover ball system is MILES ahead and I hate this set up. I've had the 2500 Ram for a year and have got the ball out twice, but have battled it about 20 times. Dodge/Mopar couldn't have done worse.
