What I love about Iko's fights is that they're long and drawn out, and he is far from untouchable, unlike when Bruce Lee or Seagal fights. Iko takes a lot of blows which makes it look more realistic and less choreographed.

I love seeing prep videos for some of the most amazing fight scenes in film history. The work that goes into it is mind-boggling and the end product looks so real and visceral. The Raid films are so damn good for so many reasons but above all it's the dedication of theseamazing athletes and the creative minds and eyes behind the camera.

It's like choreographing the fight is harder than winning an actual fight!

This was an AMAZING fight scene in The Raid 2 - I shrieked at the end the first time I saw it. Hands down the best fight scene ever filmed. The restaurant scene in the Protector, and the burning temple fight scene in The Protector are second and third - but the Assassin fight scene on The Raid 2 is, without a doubt, number 1.

Ini koreo untuk the Raid 2, (harusnya Iko vs Yayan), tp karena mereka putuskan buat bikin The Raid 1 dulu (awalnya The Raid 1 cm untuk film coba2, eh malah meledak di pasaran, dan si yayan udah keburu identik dengan perannya sbg Mad Dog), makanya di The Raid 2, tokoh final boss nya diganti kang cecep.

IIko Uwais is one of my favorite actors. I have all the movies from him. This scene is from Raid 2. Iko Uwais, YaYan Ruhian and Arif Rahman have already made several films together. For example Star Wars. The kitchen scene itself is then filmed with Arif Rahman. Iko Uwais in an action comedy movie! Stuber. To see him like this is funny!
