I left chintapandu for several years hearing it is bad. Then practically observed it prevents food allergies, me and my son can eat peanut chutney or putnala chutney or powders when blended with chintapandu. Otherwise we suffer itchy mouth and constricting throat. Chintapaandu is good. Add some menthulu to compensate any bad affects.
