Good job I appreciate the efforts that you are doing, but this is not mainly the basic Arabic language spoken in the Arabic countries, this is just a dialect spoken only in Egypt, there are a great variety of words (dialect, accent, slang words) which are only spoken in Egypt, learning the basic Arabic language should be the first step to acquire before learning other optional Arabic dialects that has no grammatical rules so this video would be entitled "Easy "Egyptian dialect" Arabic, to prevent the ambiguity especially if this channel's main purpose is to provide a basic language learning. .

Hi james nayci thank you for your concern :) please check the previous comments.

james nayci I can assure you that every natural, living language has grammar... this is just a ridiculous prejudice that has persisted against spoken language since ancient times... In fact, people are far more likely to make grammatical mistakes in a strictly written language like fos7a, which has no native speakers

I got nothing against Egyptians, but just call this Easy Egyptian. Calling this series Easy Arabic is grossly reductionist. And yes, I know plenty of Moroccans who can't understand this. Egyptian Arabic is not as universally intelligible as some people like to think.

You sure got nothing against Egyptians?! :) Anyway thank you for your concern, please read the previous comments, our very next episode is gonna have a new Easy Egyptian Arabic logo, we're also going to produce Standard Arabic videos soon. Again thanks a lot, greetings from Cairo, Egypt :))

Don't most Arabic speakers who watch Arabic films hear Egyptian in those films? Why are you so worried about it? You can make your own video if you want to see a change.

Iris Gross I'm Arab and I can tell you that most arabs do not understand this dialect, and will be mocked if they spoke it in their countries. Why would i make a video about it? I'm not Easy Language. If they want to do something they should do it the right way. Every damn time they post an arabic video, they get tons of comments like mine, but they never listen. People would be getting false & incorrect information because they would think that this is Arabic. Most Arab speakers do not watch Egyptian movies, and even if they did, so?. I watch Scottish movies but I don't speak with a Scottish Accent in America.

Amr Elbannan Dude more than 80% of the words are slang, and you barely understand anything. How in the hell is this "Easy Arabic".
@omarezzel-din8680
@omarezzel-din8680 10 лет назад
Hi ***** thank you for your concern, in fact Iris Gross is right, Egyptian dialect is one of the most spoken, accepted, recognizable and easiest Arabic dialects. If you say you're an Arab then you probably know well that none of the Arab nations speak standard Arabic, each country has its own dialect and accent, e.g there's Maghrabi Arabic, Khaliji Arabic and even Sudanese Arabic, etc. If I made a video using Khaliji Arabic for instance, I'm 100% sure that one of the viewers would say that this isn't Arabic, and that we should use another dialect. Plus in the video description it's mentioned that we shot the episode in Cairo, so you should expect that it's Egyptian Arabic, just like Easy Spanish shot in Peru (Peruvian Spanish accent) or Easy German shot in Vienna (Austrian German accent). Anyway, you made your point clear, just try to use better language next time if you have any complain or something, our very next video is going to have an Easy Egyptian Arabic logo so that it would be more specific for viewers, again thank you.

This is not arabic ! talk english if you are going to talk like this, everybody talks english, it is not quite convenient to look like a western and talk egyptian in an arabic country, it will shut people off.
