Today’s recipe is a Ramadan special video!!! Let’s checkout the recipe for an easy Kunafa… A bread kunafa, that can be made with very few ingredients and without an oven, using just a frying pan!!!
This sweet dish is a traditional middle eastern delicacy made with a special Kunafa dough or semolina, soaked in sugar syrup and filled with cheese, cream and nuts! But to make it more accessible for this lockdown season, I have made the Kanafeh or Kunafa with bread!

Ingredients:
Bread 10-12 slices
Butter 75 gms (5 tbsp)
Mozzarella cheese (grated) ½ cup
Fresh cream 1 cup
( can be substituted with 1 cup milk cooked with 2 tbsp corn flour)
Nuts (chopped, I used Pistachios) ½ cup
Sugar ½ cup
Water 1 cup
