I already researched these ministers, and most of them have no experience in the fields they are being appointed to... this will mean more failure to come. Eish!!!!
I don't disagree with you in-toto. But technical knowledge is not always a prerequisite for some ministerial roles because subordinates are the ones usually tasked with giving ministers accurate information. Except a few portfolios such as in Finance and Law (maybe sports and entertainment), most of them just require good administration skills.

Indeed. If they were serious about fixing this mess, they'd give all the critical positions to the DA who they know would run them efficiently. But we must just thank Christ almighty that the radicals (MK + EFF) were left out of it, and be grateful that some good positions are in safe hands. DA got Agriculture, which affects the cost of living, food security and inflation. Public Works and Infrastructure, another huge one for economic development. Education, which is important for driving social change in our communities. Home Affairs. And since it's their only portfolio, correctional services will probably be run like an absolute clockwork by the FF+

Let's hope the new coalition partners do a great job in fixing the economic mess the ANC has left the country. So far looks like one large bloated cabinet, jobs for corruption useless Cadres. I cannot understand the logic in bigger the cabinet, the better. I think this is a good outcome, so that it can be obvious who did what with what. The DA and other parties now have a real chance to really out-shine the ANC and show true distinction between the parties. And the rest of the country will experience each department differently and that experience will, hopefully, turn into votes.
