Ramattra kind of look like some sort of spellcaster tank hybrid to me and Kiriko more or less confirmed magic to be real and got the whole thing with Hanzo and Genji's dragons, Zenyatta being able to float without technology assistance and well Kiriko. So, an omnic spellcaster isn't that much of a stretch.
