I do have a idea of his screen view, if his life bar is low then he’ll glitch out pretty badly. And if he gets a K.O. he’ll be disappointed then leaves, for ideas of his specials… I do have one for his pal Mollie Macaw because for a bird who likes to crashing into things why not have her crush into the opponent.
That's a very unique way of incorporating both Rambley as a character and as the virtual assistant at the same time. I do kind of think its weird to have those very small sprites as the base for the fighter, since its like using Captain Viridian's original sprites from VVVVVV and making him into a character, but after seeing Molly next to him, it did make a lot more sense. Looking forward to this guy when he releases.
Thank you! I was considering making custom sprites but felt I wouldn't really be able to capture the same style as the official stuff. Besides, I think it works having the high-res screen contrast with the pixel-style fighter.
I won't question your disappearance yet, but the one thing I *do* want to see from you is an update to the Deltarune cast soon. Chapter 2 exists and more are coming soon.
For sure! I want to give him a lot more dialogue so it feels like the screen is commentating on the fight, just waiting to finish more of the attacks so I know which lines to use.
@@FourthRhyme Also, I didn't input any feedback because I was more excited to see you return than anything, but I do have to criticize Risky Boots's lack of A.I. I tested her against some other characters, and even watched gameplay from Spiral Buster, and I can see that she hardly has A.I. at all. At least, A.I. that isn't aggressive like some of your older creations. I personally would like to see her have A.I. that could compete with other characters in the 5th or 4th division, befitting of the fact that you designed her as a boss character.
