The secret ending will appear if you start the game in the Japanese region and go through it without a Game Over screen. In this ending Rambo will run after the departing jeep and blow him up with a bow shot.

Секретная концовка игры Rambo 3 для Sega Genesis, с бегущим Рембо и взрывающимся джипом. Её можно воспроизвести, если пройти всё игру без единого экрана Game Over. Вторым условием является то, что игра должна быть запущена в японском регионе.
