You can see later on the only ones who got an instant death were the poor bastard thugs that fell into a pit full of them and got impaled on the torso AND the head.

Anyone else think the trailer is a tad misleading given what the movie was about. When he says "ive kept my secrets" and "confront my past" in combination with him being surrounded by the cartel makes it sound like he had past dealings with the cartel during his time in war. But that wasn't the case.
