I'm sorry, but the irony of Ramee of all people saying kick Bleach out for doing dumb stuff is too much. Also, I don't get Jaylen. Randy said it perfectly, either step down from being the leader or step up and handle the issues that come with that role.
Ramee said that if what Bleach did is bad enough to make Jaylen want to step down from ST then he should kick him isntead of leaving. Later in the video he says himself that he would NOT kick him. so there's no irony really. Yes Bleach fucked up, but this whole situation showed us a big flaw Jaylen has as a leader when dealing with his people problems, it's good character progression, hopefully ST will be closer after this.
Randy saying step up also indirectly means he need to actually punish bleach instead of letting him off every time with his one sided sbs that cost hydra 500k
