Ramen Series: Shoyu Tare 

The secret sauce to a great bowl of ramen! This is a super umami packed soy sauce that can also be used for other dishes besides ramen as well. I'm fortunate enough that I can find these ingredients easily but check your local asian groceries as they will usually have these ingredients nowadays.
Use this tare instead of just regular soy sauce to enhance my quick ramen recipe as shown here:

25g katsuboshi
12g shitake mushrooms soaked
