There is actually a Ramly Burger restaurant. But i prefer the stall type ramly burger because it all depends on the owner's receipe. The messier the burger the tastier it is..all because of the sauce.

Ramly burgers are cheap because of the meat used. It doesn't meet the health requirements of many countries who wouldn't allow it to be imported. It's even banned in nearby Singapore.
Ramly Burger just a brand of Malaysian-made burgers. The largest and most popular brand. But thousands of burger sellers use this brand to make the burger. Taste could vary across sellers, cities/towns, states and across Malaysia. My family and I make burgers at home too and use Ramly burgers. Street burgers in Malaysia very messy, very sloppy, very saucy, very sweet. Not my favorite. I prefer drier burger with just enough sauce but with lots of vegetables (onions, lettuce, tomato, cucumber pickle). That's why I prefer US brand burger joints like McD, Burger King etc or make my own burger at home. I am Malaysian.
Ramly burger is so special. Everyone does it differently even though the burger is the same. We only had it from the stand near our condo. I wish we would have had it from other places to compare.
