In my opinion the song is about an aborted baby who wants to send sickness to his mother and wants to kill her. But this is also typically for Rammstein, it is often difficult to interprete their lyrics.

If you use just that for clicks then just stop it, smiling nearby full time through half of it, instead to put a general lyrics in your language sideways up, but no wonder searched for this song for a reaction and 6th video the same stuff dont even worry whats it about just bumping the head to the rhythm and smile, without any idea whats its about... And like themselves said "i wonder what that song is about"... yeah better had a lyrics open instead for clicks, but for me its a easy solution to handle.
