The Norwegian trawler Ramoen catching, processing and freezing prime Cod from the Barents Sea within hours of being harvested. All Cod & Haddock produced by the Ramoen is MSC certified as being from sustainable fish stocks.
I see in all RU-vid videos that no fish are processed alive, slaughtered alive or gutted alive, but in all fish trawlers or processing factories quickly beheaded before processing - so no fish is alive and feeling any pain. That makes fish filet, fish fingers and every other industrial fish product to a perfect healthy and ethical food. I wish slaughterhouses would be so ethical and would remove the head of an animal with one quick woosh before the body is processed and washed and gutted. Eating meat is in no way humane, but fish is.
