So this is a project I've been working on on and off for half a year where I show the evolution of the Ramones' famous song "Blitzkrieg Bop" and see the changes in tempo over the years. The results were quite intriguing to say the least!

I was so lucky to see them many many times from 82 to 94… I loved those beautiful perfect oddly melancholy boys. Always genuine and unpretentious. They expressed something in us all at that time that no song or book or film ever could. Their spirit endures in all their fans. Thank you Joey Johnny DeDe Marky and Tommy.

I saw them Birmingham UK 1980 (still have stub!). Saw the Clash TWICE the week before. Birmingham and Coventry. Different times....

Saw them Spring 1980 . End of the Century was new. Outdoors - Great Adventure Amusement park. we cut school that day ! First time ever seeing them. Life changing.

Lol awesome. The greatest 45 seconds (or so) of rock n roll as it evolved over 22 years. Nice job. I noticed you Included the beats per minute as they evolved. They got much faster as they went on but I think their quest for speed actually took away from the excitement of the SONGS. I like when they played about 1977 speed. Just my opinion. Love this.

saw them a few times... the best was at Tipatinas in NOLA. probably 1990. audience oriented show, great performances.

It was like 1234Go .Was also at that show and they rocked. Saw them nine times and every show was the greatest. Always liked Pet Cemetery live because it was played so fast.

Marky broght the speed, Tommy was great but Marky was one level above.

Nothing against Tommy, I preferred when he was in the band, but Marky was actually a drummer prior to joining the band.
