For everyone who is trying to understand why there is so much brazilian comments. It's because this song is played constantly in the rock radios here in Brazil.
@@cohenkane2148 tbh I don't know. I think is because some songs make greater sucess than other countries. Echo & The Bunnymen (Bring On The Dancing Horses), Joy Division (Love Will Never Tear Us Apart), Bryan Ferry (Slave To Love, Don't Stop The Dance), made great sucess here and still playing in the radios.
@@cohenkane2148 here is a good question, poison heart and pet sematary, is so popular here, every day this 2 song play about 2 times each, in a rock radio, even though ramones aren't very popular in Brazil, (even though many people wear the t-shirts without even knowing a song) these two everyone knows, hope i helped :)
@@gustavoghirelli7095 In the US its the same with shirts of bands with logos. And no one knows more than 1 song. But Ramones never got airplay outside NY. And other Countries supported them at live shows big time. Fuckit beers and volume 11
Here is a Brazilian in 2024. I grew up listening to the Ramones and it's a source of inspiration for me! The Ramones' legacy is eternal! All over the world we hear Ramones!
Ramones were ahead of their time, north America never gave them the respect they deserved, but in Europe and south America they were and they still are gods!
+thiago lima Ramones in Argentina were bigger than The Beatles! That's why the last show (outside the usa) was in Argentina at the River Plate stadium. Because they wanted to. Aguanten LOS RAMONES LPM!!!!
+thiago lima Ramones sold more records and played more shows in the USA more than anywhere else. "America is the only home I know, I know, I know, I KNOW!!"
That's because they were north americans, genius, but they always said that in USA they never had the recognition that they diserved, but in south america they always played to thousands of people every show!
U know what i like the most about ramones lovers? Most of the comments here are in spanish but i dont get angry about it cause even thou i dont know spanish i am still able to recognise the love and emotions of south american people. Bless you SOUTH AMERICA
Central America too...💜 here in El Salvador you have a lot of people who really loves the Ramones too! 💜 lots of love from one of the most little countries in the whole world! Xx
JOEY and DEE DEE may have "WALKED RIGHT OUT OF THIS WORLD" but not before they left a rock and roll legacy that will never be duplicated THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER RAMONES rest easy you two, you influenced my life on so many levels i hope to catch up to you one day thanks for download this great song!!

Lyrics: No one ever thought this one would survive Helpless child, gonna walk a drum beat behind Lock you in a dream, never let you go Never let you laugh or smile, not you. Well, I just want to walk right out of this world, 'Cause everybody has a poison heart I just want to walk right out of this world, 'Cause everybody has a poison heart. Making friends with a homeless torn up man He just kind of smiles, it really shakes me up. There's danger on every corner but I'm okay Walking down the street trying to forget yesterday. Well, I just want to walk right out of this world, 'Cause everybody has a poison heart. I just want to walk right out of this world, 'Cause everybody has a poison heart, a poison heart, a poison heart, a poison heart ... yeah! You know that life really takes its toll And a poet's gut reaction is to search his very soul So much damn confusion before my eyes, But nothing seems to phase me and this one still survives. I just want to walk right out of this world, 'Cause everybody has a poison heart. I just want to walk right out of this world, 'Cause everybody has a poison heart, Well, I just want to walk right out of this world, 'Cause everybody has a poison heart. a poison heart, a poison heart, a poison heart. a poison heart, a poison heart, a poison heart, a poison heart.
This is my favourite Ramones song at the moment , I have been a Ramones follower since I was 16 , now 46 years later I still have the same passion for their music , I never got to see them but what a great catalogue of music they have left all of us , immensely underrated , rest in peace The Ramones .
Sou novo, tenho 24 anos.

It stuns me that this song wasn't a number one hit in 1992. If another band would've came out with this like Gin Blossoms or something it would've been a mega hit. So damn catchy

This has got to be my favorite Ramones song, it's so haunting and beautiful. I'd never seen the video before, but it gave me Heart-Shaped Box vibes. (although I think this preceded it)
I'm not the teary type at all but Joey's vocal and the subject matter make me feel weepy throughout the whole thing. Just a stunning vocal. My favourite vocal of all time!
Yes It was his life anthem song He was planning to do in his Solo shows, and he signed it over to the Ramones as a deal for getting bailed out of jail.
This song is like looking into my soul and gives people an idea of my thoughts about life and the human race. I would literally walk right out of this world if I could, cause everybody has a poison heart. It's weird how someone who never met me, wrote a song that could be about me.
If you want more releatable songs by them: Humankind, Planet Eath 1988, Time Bomb, Animal Boy, Freak of Nature, Hair of The Dog, Eat That Rat, I Know Better Now, Don't Bust My Chops, Ignorance Is Bliss, I Don't Want To Grow Up, Born to Die In Berlin
I love 70's Ramones. Leave Home, Ramones, Road to Ruin, Rocket to Russia... all great albums, but the classic songs from the 80's and 90's evoke much different emotions. Songs like I Believe in Miracles, The KKK, Love Kills, Pet Sematary, and Bonzo Goes to Bitburg are just unique. Point is... from the first to last album, I LOVE THE RAMONES!!!!
gothamjediknight And I also realize they started sounding much better live as they grew. Marky's drumming in the 90's and CJ joining the band really took them to a new level. They played faster, louder, and still in their classic sound.
A new facet of this band, completely different than we were used to. Nice, good sonority ⭐⭐⭐. Saw them live in Europe in the eighties, loud very loud..
Yeah. People try to change who i am. I chose to care but they only care about me if I'm who they think is right for society. I love the ramones so much because it's true to me they are the voice for outsiders like me
I have loved this song for at least thirteen years now, but a few days ago I really took in the full magnitude of the lyrics and I began crying like a baby. I hope that Dee Dee Ramone is a trillionaire, adventurer, playboy, Adonis in the next life. He MORE than deserves it for the admittedly shitty hand he was dealt in this past life, the tragic one in which he was known to many as Dee Dee Ramone, aka Douglas Glenn Colvin.
