@@buckerupfpv2622 Nowadays it is pretty much the same as singleplayer with many cars. If you’re alone in a server it runs smooth and another player affects fps as much as if you spawned another car in singleplayer. Depends on your specs ofc.
This is beech ridge motor speedway in Scarborough Maine. It was unfortunately sold and will be turned into high end housing developments. The speedway was being pushed to be removed due to the noise because wealthy, out of state people did not like the noise and the place is becoming gentrified. The owners sold the place because property taxes were becoming too costly for the owners to pay. The speedway has created many traditions and it is sad to see it go. Hell I learned how to drive stick in the parking lot with my friend and I remember drifting in the parking lot during snowstorms. Lots of fond memories of that place.
Actually sad news, we had the same prob in New zealand. Our boss owned the speedway which was there for 95 years but the people who moved there knowing it was a speedway petitioned every year to get it removed.
Funny to see that most people had very little mechanic knowledge to realize what in needs to be able to run on two wheels, first and most important you need a totally locked differential and also super hard tires and suspension or not suspension movement at all, with that you can start practicing
First things first what a hell of a place to be able to go enjoy! I wish somebody in my town had taken the time to have such a fun place for young people and old people to have fun in such a wholesome and visceral way. So proud of America for that. Despite our struggles small towns like this can somehow make a RU-vid channel and turn a profit as well as bring all these people together and show the world that there’s hope. And there’s fun to be had in this beautiful land we live.
My town used to have a track like this. Just a small 1/3 mile or so oval. They shut it down and idk what got put in its place but whatever it is, it's not as fun.
@@bcd2107 thats horrible. if this track is what america used to be, nothing can explain modern america more than something cool and fun being torn down to make some rich development company richer.
They had those in canada for a short while too. First time i saw one,.was in a ditch in front of my house. And i lived on a near straight piece of road haha
@@imadrifter its a straight up ford ranger you can even see the ford badge, the mazda has a different front end. But thats besides the point. Im not sure how anyone especially an american comentator would see that thing and say “toyota” 😂 like wtf
They're cheering more for an instant rollover than for balancing on 2 wheels for an extended period of time. The crowd/commentators really don't understand what requires more skill.
They understand. I'm not sure you understand what's more fun for most people to watch though. Driving Nascar takes loads of skill and experience too, but the avg racing fan won't tune in just to watch them drive around in a circle all day. No one wants to see anyone get hurt, but fans like action, and wrecks are a big part of the equation. Balancing on 2 wheels is impressive, but boring.
@@Genixter unfortunately it’s too much of a hassle to set up a cam in one of these cars. And well, I’ll let you know some sad news. The track has been sold to a developer and they plan to level it and make it into a huge building. So unfortunately this year was the final year of these events. Definitely a very sad end
@@brandonharlow3280 what....but...why? This cant be the end of this legend...track, no.. im disagree with this...so i guess i will never be able to watch this..anymore, they have done the wrong choices, im mad..
This is so wild, most of these vehicles my parents or family members owned while i was a kid growing up. My first vehicle was a chevy s10. seeing them reduced to bits in demo derby has me thrown.
Most of the cars at the start of the video didn't flip because they didn't turn their wheels towards the airborne side; they steered straight. Car 1013 knew how to do it.
@@Steve-1269 it still is hard to actually flip over trucks and etc they ARE BUILT NOT TO. so it's probably that his sneezes had such gravitational strengh that he straight up sneezed and shit his car into the air from his driver side. Making the car flip over.
Bro these guys are insane especially the caravan your bro 2 flips without his seatbelt I’m pretty sure he doesn’t have a seatbelt he hit the the roof hard
