@@jaa70 This is a ska song yes. But ska is a sub genre of punk rock, specifically a marriage of reggae and punk rock brought about in Englad in the early 80s. Young Jamaican immigrants were mingling with young English punk rockers. It was mostly a working class scene and gave birth to the skinhead identity, which originally stood for anti racism. They used checkers on albums and posters to signify black and white unity. Racists adopted the skinhead look and thats all you hear about in the media, but most skinheads are overwhelmingly anti-racists, despite what popular media portrays.
