Wow the Pelor-Encounter is amazing. I really want to steal that, but Wildemount doesn't have any actual deserts... Oh well, gonna have to send my party on a demi-plane!
mad respect for you to continue making these videos with such a small viewer base. You should try to post them on forums to get more attention, because they deserve more that 100 views
As you probably already know, I can easily over come enemies who are 50 times my size and strength due to my better maneuverability as well as my wit and cunning. I am after all the greatest Copper Dragon in the entire material plain. And I fear nothing. There is no foe that could even remotely make me feel threatened. Except for Blue Dragons! Now a Red Dragon I could easily use their arrogance against them. They are almost 100% guaranteed to underestimate me. Blue Dragons have a brain, and would never be stupid enough to commit suicide by attacking me in my own home, or anywhere with decent cover. And why would they bother? They can simply fly so high that any other dragon would suffocate from the thine air just by trying to reach them, and snipe them from 85 miles across the map with a lightening bolt. And this is why I can't think of anything I can feasibly do about it. They have the superior range! What do I do about it? I do have some ideas, for example, when my scales shed I could layer 3 together with glue and have them enchanted to better resist lightening, while having multiple places I can go and bunker up. What are your ideas?
I think you'll have to weather the storm until you successfully land one of your Slowing Breath weapons. Then, you'll have up to 1 minute to terrorize the creature with your faster movement. Perhaps an Invisibility potion or spell wouldn't be a bad idea either?
@@TheCuriousOwlbear Of course! Makes sense, a ranged enemy has more of a chance to shoot at you if you try to run away. But if you can think of a way to close the distance, then you can hit back!
@@TheCuriousOwlbear I realise that most of your plot lines and encounters are done in a fantasy DnD genre. I have played fantasy DnD for most of my DnD experience. However I want to DM a Sci Fi campaign soon and am looking for some Sci Fi encounters. Is this something you will consider ?
@@jacksmith1905 I would definitely consider it, though I'm no expert in the Sci-fi rpg genre. Do you have a particular setting in kind? I.e. deep space, moon base, etc.
@@TheCuriousOwlbear thank you for the quick reply. I am looking to do a horror like game upon a space station. I have been writing some basic plot points however am struggling for events/encounters.
I'd be happy to bring out some more town encounters! There is a second "cities" video already, in case you missed it - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-hKAmzLA9_1E.html&ab_channel=TheCuriousOwlbear
