Being intimately familiar with common mistakes Japanese natives make when translating/speaking English, I can tell you without a doubt: That Launch Party line is "Now launching for our mission to expose the sense of rhythm" They wanted "discover", but either the translator or dictionary they used gave them "expose" instead. This happens even more these days because of poor machine translations

At 2:36 with the Airboarders altered pitch fact, it could also be because the second menu theme, which is also "That's Paradise" in instrumental format, has the chorus/hook in the same key as it is in Remix 10.
Something I noticed, is that they changed some textures around. The Blue Birds appear in the Megamix version of Air Rally. They also changed the faces of the fish from Catch of the Day in Megamix to make them look less scared that they're caught on the hook. (Mostly with the orange fish)

I always assumed that the creepy laughter in Tap Troupe was from someone offscreen. Space Gramps or Tsunku maybe? Also do the "Hmmm" sounds play when you get a barely?
A very bizarre mistake I found involves the second camera angle in Hole in One, the one you can see in the speech bubble. The Wii version works just fine, but the Megamix version just disappears for a moment at the start of the minigame. No idea why, but it happens every time as far as I can tell.
For the perfect appearing late in working dough, ringside, remix 4, and remix 6. If you mash the a button you would find it apperes right before you can actually input. That's probably why it's late

Random fact: it's possible to do a really late kick for the high _kick_ TOE!s. I don't know if they count for a perfect but the ball goes up so it's enough for me.
on the japanese Launch party audio, I think the bit you missed may have said "explore". You've probably figured it out by now, just letting you know! Your videos are superb!
I'm not sure but I think the "high" in "high-kick-toe" is actually "hai," or 1 in Japanese. This is backed up by the fact that in the English version, you hear "one-kick-toe"
