I am back with a almost 2 weeks worth of eating vlog HAHA I really hope you guys enjoy my first official vlog with my new camera! I'm still a bit awkward with this camera so I had to take out some clips, but I can't wait to make more vlogs with it😆 stay safe, healthy, and motivated everyone!🧡

If you’re brother is trying to build muscle tell him to try something called super sets it’s when you do 2 work outs one after the other then taking a 30 sec rest. For example if he’s working out at home you’d do 25 push ups (or how ever many you want) then right after do 25 reps of sit ups do that 3 times if at the gym there’s a lot of different options but I find super sets with 30 sec of rest help a lot. But over all nice video, nice cooking skills and nice camera keep working hard 👍🏽
