Eric Randolph Barnes (born June 16, 1966) is an American former shot putter who holds both the current outdoor and indoor world records for the event. He won silver at the 1988 Olympics and gold at the 1996 Olympics.
I pioneered in the throws along side the strongest and the biggest Randy was by far the perfect athlete and I was the smallest he will always be the king of his time hail to the king it was a pleasure!
@@TheGrandmaster1 I know even if I trained since 2yrs old and juiced to the Max I still couldn't throw anywhere close to this. I think anything should be allowed.
Mannsy83 yeah same here. You see that a lot on the really impressive athletic and weight lifting videos. People say they juice. Well of course they do. A lot of them admit it. It doesn’t really take anything away though because 9999/10000 other poeple who juice still couldn’t touch them.
Watching Crouser and watching this guy... It is so very obvious that Barnes is juiced out of his mind. The part that gets me, is his release, or complete lack of one... He is seriously just muscling that thing out there with no real harnessing of the energy he is creating. Sure spin energy gives you some. You take Crouser with the form he has and juice him up like Barnes, that steel ball is going 25m.

This guy has no real throwing form, only juiced up muscles. Sure, his spin is pretty... But he doesn't harness it, and ends up muscling the thing out there. Why does the shot put leave his body before he starts to throw, he loses almost all the stored energy that way. Juice Crouser up like that, and watch him throw 25m.
Roids are banned its mysthhodin or smh effect, I forgot, it's when you train 1 body part (upper or lower), human body will pump most of testosterone to that part.
