Hi, the SDA church is in its down fall state now, meaning if judgements first start with the house of God, that mean the movement that have the truth in the last day most come to a point where they take more of the pharisees and scribe in the last day, if I'm wrong? Why would the Lord have to take a remnant out of a remnant, so what happen to the first remnant in the last days? But we have to be a watch man on the wall of zion at all time
People should have their minds renewed... Jesus has set us free from bondage. HE paid the price in full, past, present and future!!!! We are NO longer under THE LAW. We keep the Sabbath but do we really keep it "HOLY"???. If we choose to try and keep the Commandments to seek favour by GOD we will be judged according The Law. If we fail one of the ten, then we are guilty of ALL ten, as is written. Salvation is an individual matter....we will face Jehovah YAHWEH as an individual on Judgement Day and NOT as a denomination. Time is too short and precious to waste on judging other denominations and have control over members in the church whether SDA or any other Sabbath keeping Churches....THIS IS THE END OF THE END on earth. Praise the Lord for Randy skeet. I am a new Adventist I actually went to Medical missionary School 3 years ago. So I'm very new to the faith but definitely definitely I'm so blessed to see the pearl of great price in the Adventist Church but I'm also very disappointed as a new Adventist to see how worldly these churches are becoming. I travel all over the place in the United States and I was just commenting to my sister house so many of the Adventist churches are looking just like the Sunday churches. And I can say that because I went to church this Sunday at a very mainstream Church. I was invited three times and it's a long story but the Lord wanted me to go to this church so I could Witness I could witness. Yes I witnessed in Sunday churches and I actually gave out a great controversy to a woman who used to be a catholic. Anyway long story short for a half hour they had music. And it's the same music that I experienced I don't know how many years ago when I started my journey as a christian. All mainstream just what you hear on the radio Hillsong all of that stuff they had the lights even fog smoke I don't know what it was and people were raising their hands and waving them. The singers were phenomenal but that's a Sunday church they don't know they don't know. But we know. And when I see our Adventist Church is doing the same thing minus the smoke and mirrors but they're singing mainstream songs. Those belong in the car when you're driving not in the church. And when I see the women wear short dresses and jewelry and they have they have their hair all done and they've got their nails all done I think wow this looks just like the Sunday church😢😢😢
Oh, PLEASE keep your eyes on and STAY focused on our Savior Jesus Christ. The Church is going through a spiritual warfare and these people are agents placed in the church to discourage God's people. Just hang on. There's a shaking going on and there will be a lot of people being shaken out. Don't allow anyone to interfere with your walk with The Most High. We're close to the Second Coming. Please hang on and let your light shine.
It is AWFUL.....you cannot tell a VISITOR from a regular member these days BUT the end is near. Trust God and keep focus. THANK God you know the difference. It is really awful though.
The God l know usually use human instruments to rebuke evil, this one you are advising to shut up and worry not because God will shake them out, how exactly will he do it if not through you and me???

Mrs White said that it`s time for Every Church Member to take hold of medical missionary work....and, Ministers will be Twice as effective if they learn to give home remedies to the sick, and so much more!! Anyone in the church can do this work, even sharing the 8 laws of health in a conversation with your hairdresser! Anyone you know who is unwell...
I love Pastor Randy Skeete. I agree with him, that is not church music at all. It is definitely of the world and not profitable for praising to the most Holy God.
Many fail to understand that the SDA church is not a society church, nor is it a church based on one's culture and generation. The church is a Biblical, God-inspired, God-directed, Spirit led institution called to be peculiar. Why are so many fighting to be common? Let's fight for the faith once given to the saints. ❤
SDAs don't have God's government, nor do they observe the annual festivals God commanded. So no, they are not biblical, God-directed, God-inspired, or Spirit led. When they are told that they must observe the annual festivals, they make the same deceitful, lawless arguments that Sunday keepers use to justify their rejection of the weekly Sabbath. They're just another group that chooses which parts of the Bible they want to treat as authoritative.
I hear you but I would ask you how this has any baring on music and where and when it should be expressed by the saints ( if at all ) and how . There is no direction in the bible on : 1. volume 2. Tempo 3. Range 4. Style 5. Instruments used 6 instruments outlawed 7. Music for worship 8. Music for meditation 9. Music for exuberant praise and gratitude 10 . Music for encouragement 11. Music for instruction And the list goes on How do we come to dome understanding and agreement when music is so diverse and the exponents of music , musicians are so diverse ?

I agree 💯% with pastor Randy Skeete to keep the World Music, out of the church. Am not a SDA but what I have observe is what pastor Randy Skeete said. What I have noticed also in the worshipping hour, they don't sing hymns from the hymnal, if they sing 2 songs is a lot. The hymns are not sung with love and appreciation for God!! Always a shouting, and I don't think that the Almighty Father is deaf. And it is very annoying the noise. At the Thompsonville SDA church they open the service with this!! We have come into this place to Worship in the name of Jesus christ our lord etcétera a beautiful song. Pastor Randy skeete God bless you always and I love the way you teach, always telling the truth, pastors like you are needed at the SDA churches. Since I have been listening to your Sermons, wow I have learned a lot. If music is the only thing keeping your kid in the church, you might as well tell him not to even bother. A Child should be rooted in Jesus. Not entertainment. We have children in our church but love to come and celebrate the name of Jesus Christ. They don’t come to get down to rap music

Also, many of us SDAs believe that hymns and classical music are best pleasing to the Lord in worship. Do they know what even some of those songs had to go through to be, as we now consider it, worthy of worship? Do they know there was a time when the now revered organ was once considered to be totally unfit for playing in a church service? Where in the Bible does it say that worship music has to be quiet and docile? I haven't seen it. In fact if you read through many of the Psalms they encourage a joyful noise and lots of it. But what has happened is that a preference developed over time for what the powers that be decided on what should be -called "sacred" music, - the type that is basically Euro-centric. In other words the church patterned itself off the ruling powers and could not imagine that God could inspire other people (the captives) to make music that displays the gifts He gave them. Somehow Euro-centric music is equated with "holiness"? Really? Sure that flavor of music is fine, but its not the ONLY music God can listen to. Is it not God who has given many talents to his people of all walks of life? Is he not the author of inspiration? How dare we then decide that certain types of music are more fitting than others. How do we know the heart and intent of the musicians? Is that not judgment of others while we ourselves are imperfect? ...Then we wonder why there's a paucity of young people who attend church.

As music was used to induce wirship of image in Daniel 3, today's music is used to induce to worship the beast for the image is being set up. I love Music, True Christian Music. I play Violin every Sabbath, at our SDA Church, and I get the most amazing heavenly music worshipping Our God. I definitely agree with pastor Randy and Br Lawrence,and I also believe that many of the pastors and leaders has not met Jesus as yet so they're not converted, because their would havespeak out and those things and not compromised .I always listen to pastor Skeepe and his sermons helps me to look in myself and see all my faults, because he speaks thus saith the lord.,I wish that we could have more of our pastor and elders speaks thus saith the lord and stop compromising
What that kid said at the very end where in 20-30 years from now that the world is going to be in God's church in the way that was just displayed is one of the many reasons why this Earth is not going to see another 20 years! Jesus will have come to take His children home way before then. Jesus will not allow his church to be completely defiled and stripped of any sanctity. There was absolutely no reverence in either of the churches at the end. That was not honoring God, that was not praising God, that was children enjoying themselves in a secular way pretending it to be Christian. Not much different than the Catholic Church saying that they are honoring Jesus while bowing to Mary where these kids are saying they're honoring Jesus but bowing to secular music.
At the end of the day we cannot judge them as we cannot read their hearts, only GOD can. We must be very careful how we see others for GOD sees not as man sees.
He speaking about the music, which i myself don't like, the upbeat with loud accompanying music but he agree with the world to take the sting that affected hundreds of members. May God have mercy upon us all

I mostly agree, but i also recognize that most people think the only appropriate sound for SDA churches are European or white influenced sounds as well. Why does solemn music have to have European standards? Make a Joyful noise! Praise Him with resounding cymbals and drums!
I have been hearing this same argument since I was a little kid. I am 55 years old now . There is an issue with how the gospel is presented in music and who it is targeted to . Certainly there will be a difference in music used for worship and music used to inform , educate and uplift and music to entertain . But who defines what music is for which purpose ? This conundrum will continue until God returns . As someone that creates ,produces and participates in music for all purposes, I know for a fact that I will never be in agreement either everyone about something as subjective as Christian music because music has no particular religious sound . It is music made by Christian’s . And we do not express our creativity through music in the same way and neither should we . I don’t know how we can ever resolve this music argument .

The organ you play was once forbidden to be used in churches...yet now its revered! Don't you see that is the same as the music becoming more adapted to the times. God does not live in a box. He told us ahead of time that knowledge would increase. Not all things modern are automatically evil. Let that sink in for a moment!

One of the problems is that we are so tuned to secular music that we find it acceptable and believe it makes no difference to God so long as we put some Christian lyrics in the song. For many, it’s all about the experience and the high they feel more than anything else when “worshipping”.

Thank you brother Lawrence. If only those young sda’s would read the spirit of prophecy and study their bibles, they would see that music is one of the deceptions that Satan will use in the last days. It’s clearly written in the spirit of prophecy. When you read and study the Bible the Holy Spirit will enlighten you and inspire you and show you that this kind of music is not of God. But as the prophet said, this is to take place just before the shaking and sifting. We are truly living in the very last days of life’s history .
I don’t believe God expects us to sing only Hymns, stand still and only use the organ, violin and instruments that reflect a European musical expression. However, we must understand what is appropriate for public and private worship. And consider the intention/impact of the choice of music we choose for worship.
Isaiah 6. , psalm 100, loudness doesn’t necessarily means confusion. Psalm 66:1-20.psalm 98:1-9. According to scriptures we are urged to rejoice and praise God loudly. Is the scripture ‘wrong’. Who should we believe scripture or tradition. I’m an sda. Now it is important that we be careful of the the type of music we sing though and the order (not confusion) . Sometimes sda church sing so nonchalant emotionless. Not even a smile numb. Without any liveliness or vigor ferver, thats not praising God

The very scriptures i quoted describes place of worship.where Gods people are appealed to give a loud praise. Wasn't the bible very clear on that. I said nothing of confusing noises. Of course they will still leave. They are there for the wrong reasons. The one I attend the young people are NEVER present inside church unless they are leading in worship songs. Best believe as soon as the divine hour starts they've all dispersed

Never be in shock about anyone who leaves the church. We see the outward appearance but God knows where the heart is. That is why Jesus MUST be our focus
Rap music, bob Marley's music, rock music and others are in church today. Gods peoples music should be different from them. Most like pentecostal church and others. One time i just came bk from nightclubs early Sunday and my cousin invited me to go with him to church. He was a pentecostal church members. When i walked in iwas so embarrassing because i smelled alcohol. And church members was so nice to me. But when the music started and i realised that the music was exactly the same where i was at the nightclubs last night. Even the drums and the bass was so loud. I don't think that the drums and the bass are required at church. I prefer the piano 🎹 or single guitar or some other soft musicians. Tell you what? I was up whole day at church because of the music. 😂😂😂.
This is the problem with some of us youths,we want to be entertained instead of having a spiritual connection with Christ, entertainment isn't going to keep us in church,we have to be fully rooted and grounded in Christ and his word..imagine somebody leaving that kinda stuff out in the world only for them to come find the same thing in the church ,how you think they would feel
World has been creeping in from since time. I remember going to camp meeting around 15 years ago. I was still in my teens but at the youth service they had christian rap. I didnt know what to think about it at the time then since I was young but it just felt odd to me at the time like it didnt match with the service.
