Seriously? She's a magazine publisher and she wants something to fall off the rack and fit her perfectly without alterations? Of all people she should understand how unrealistic that is.

This woman wants perfection so badly because she sees finished images of models and designer dresses and is comparing herself to that. She just needed a confidence booster. And randy did just that

I like how Randy put her in her spot and told her she’s used to seeing airbrushed and perfect. Glad he pointed that out.

Randy should just have a business where brides pay him to hold their hand and breathe on their wedding day. His spirit is so gentle and empathetic, any person freaking out would immediately calm down after he says a few words.

Randy must be doing a lot of meditation to get that level of patience. The one she chose looks like a nightgown.

What a stupid thing to say "I want it perfect now". What is she, a little child? Does she not understand how clothes work? Was the maker of the dress supposed to see the future and know that she would be the one to try it on and just magically know all of her personal measurements so that they made it to fit her exactly right? I know she came around but that was such an insane and idiotic thing to say initially.

It must be really difficult for her in her job. She must see virtually every new dress that comes out. I'm surprised she hadn't got a clue what she wanted in a dress and she could be a bit more polite with Randy.

Guys picking a wedding gown isn’t easy like they show on here. A bride may visit more than 3-4 stores and try on 30-40 dresses before they decide on THE ONE. Say Yes To The Dress has spoiled us and kinda fooled us into thinking that it only takes 2-3 tries to get a dress. That’s not true! So please let’s not hate on the bride for just wanting to look gorgeous on HER WEDDING DAY. Also the editing on this show is notoriously famous for adding unnecessary drama so don’t believe everything you see.

She's a very poor communicator and really not a very nice person overall. Her demeanor is very off-putting as she comes off as being sullen and unpleasant; her family don't even appear to like her all that much. She was so rude to her mother; I'd have walked out if I was in her mom's place and left it to her. Good luck to the groom.

I honestly think it's a pretty dress. I also don't think it's unreasonable to try on 8 dresses in your quest for the right one. I *started* my bridal appointment by pulling six off the racks and tried them all on one after the other. (Just so happened I went back to the first one and bought it that night--I was in and out of the boutique in about two hours. But it's perfectly normal and even recommended to shop multiple places and try on a bunch of dresses before you pick one.)

Moments like these remind me of how important it is to treat companies and business workers respectfully. Coming from a family that does business I don't know what word to describe it but I empathize with them for being patient and/or even having to deal with people who are just wasting their time. Especially small businesses who have to deal with unfair customers while they are just trying to survive. Being in a small business you never know when the money stops coming and you have to be willing to take the customers who can be so unfair and rude. At times it makes me feel disgusted they have to deal with that.

Can we stop hating on the bride and talk about how sweet randy is!! He gave her the confidence boost she needed and he was almost in tears at the end. It made me really happy watching his energy!

I do agree with her the dresses she tried on weren’t AMAZING. But she could’ve stated her vision better so everyone who said she was annoying I mean be like Randy he’s so understanding and patient and her final dress was absolutely gorgeous on her... IMO 💖💖
