Quickly paced scripts with a minimum of dialogue, Range Rider is a surprisingly decent western. I have collected about twenty different western series & Range Rider is always one of the more enjoyable shows to watch. Impressive stunts by Jock Mahoney in most Range Rider episodes. An underrated & overlooked series is Range Rider.

Clayton Moore was credited as Clay Moore in this episode, obviously shot while he was having a contract dispute as the Lone Ranger. John Hart replaced him for one season 52-53... and this episode was shot in 53. The beautiful Nan Leslie is in this one too; she appeared a number of times in the Lone Ranger.

Check out the voice and the costume. The Lone Ranger. Watch the costumes the Lone Ranger wore. Everything about him changed, including size.

Clay Moore was one of the names used by Clayton Moore in 1952 when he did other work, during a disagreement of some kind which kept him from playing the Lone Ranger for that year. John Hart filled in as the Ranger and Moore took over again the following year.
