Brakes look abit tired? Or broken?
It's probably the right time to get them looking/working great again! Especially those huge Brembo calipers! In this video I cover how to fully rebuild the L322 rear brakes and lightly refurbish the front brakes.
If you are enjoying the series, then why not stick around and look back on all the previous Range Rover content and projects! I thank you for your support

A great video as usual, I'll be doing similar to my brakes on a 2010 SC. What I would really appreciate also is a step by step video on jacking these up onto jack stands with a floor/trolly jack. Basic I know, but nobody has done it properly that I've seen on u tube. Cheers

Thank you, jacking up is fairly simple to be fair There are 4 jacking points along the sills (plastic rectangle blocks that stick out) these are what i mostly use, along with a big block of wood with a standard 3 ton jack (wood not needed if you have a high lift jack) Typically i tend to put the suspension in offroad mode, however it doesn't really matter You can also jack off the rear lower suspension arms or front subframe if needed Axle stands can be placed along the chassis rail or best around the front/rear subframes

Great video again, I notice that you have left the front brake dust shields off. I assume that's intentional as I know they corrode and then come lose over time, or are you putting them on at a later point??

Thank you, one was already missing when I bought the vehicle a year ago, the other fell off a couple of months after :) Completely forgot to buy new ones, although I wasn't worried about replacing them

@RoughRestos I only noticed as I had one come lose and its on my list of things to sort, only down side I can see to not having them is potential increased pad disc wear on the inside.

@@tomsautoadventures Possibly, think the risks are marginal, I probably do 5k a year in it so they should last a while 🤣
