Hi Ben good to see you are back, My 91 RRC has heated washers not sure if they work because I always use lots of washer fluid ( old lorry driver ). Got to love French tax make sure you don't put too many bathrooms in as they put the tax up for those as well, Look forward to see the work shop, I hope to concrete the floor in mine later ( too hot at the moment ) .
