@jakartans No, the G class, and the hummer are SUVs, the rest are crossovers becaue there built on a car based chassi. Its the Chassi that makes the difference.
@vinto34 sorry you are wrong.. Merc ML, Bmw X3, Audi Q5, Patriot, Nissan Murano, Toyota Harrier/Lexus RX thats all SUV. Merc G-class, Range, Hummer are all Trucks. different drive train endeavour, different functions designed.
trucks have boxs, this is an suv,not sure sure where you get your info from but its not heavy enough to be considered a truck, thats why EPA gives it a fuel rating.
Great view again guys. Only thing I'd like to point out (just in my opinion of course) is that the tyre shine looks overly greasy and thick on some of the cars. Get you detailing guys to pat them down with a microfibre cloth after it's been applied. Gives a much more muted & classy finish. ;)
Ok guys I'm going to need some help...I am contemplating either getting a range rover hse(2003-2005 model most likely) or a 2003-2004 Cadillac escalade ext... Which is more reliable? Which is cheaper in insurance? and which one looks better rolling up to school in? Thank so much guys!
I think Range Rovers look tough but in reality they don't crash well. I've heard many fatal rollovers involving RR's. Google it if you don't believe me.
@chicagocarsdirect I had a couple of guys at work try to tell me that a full sized Chevy Van wasn't a truck either. Then I told them the same thing, talk to the feds.
In america it may be a trruck, but you are wrong it's an suv....no kinda...i have 2 range rovers and they are both registered as an suv here in new zealand, not a truck....no point asking the government, they already labeled it an suv,on the registration tags. The gas station wouldn't give a toss what it was to be honest.Type in trucks on google images, and you will not see a range rover.
