I just noticed this in the TriggerTech instruction manual: "If you notice a change in your triggers ability to hold the firing pin when closing the bolt do not try to overcome this by increasing pull weight. Stop using the trigger immediately and contact TriggerTech Support..." It looks like I'll reach out to TriggerTech.

I recall another similar case. Trigger Tech either replaced a part or the whole trigger. I just don't remember who reported the issue. 👍🇺🇲

I literally just experienced this same issue about 2 months ago in my competition rifle with a trigger tech Diamond. I called Trigger Tech and submitted a warrantee claim and they replaced the trigger with no hassle at all. Superb customer service, however, the turnaround time was substantial I believe largely bc they are located in Canada. Before I submitted the claim, they advised me to spray it out heavily with brake cleaner followed by an air compressor and repeat a few times and see if that helped. It did help, I believe gun oil and debris build up were to blame. But bc the trigger failed on me in the middle of a PRS match I still had it replaced for peace of mind purposes.

Had the same issue with a trigger tech diamond in my Bergara B14R. I reached out to them and within a week had a new trigger for my rifle. Great customer service and easy to deal with.

I had the same problem I had mine turned down to far on the Triggertech diamond on a Bergara. I turned it back up slowly and kept cycling the bolt and dry firing until it worked smoothly.

Sear engagement too light?

It seems like that's what everyone is saying. I may increase the pull weight. I've had this trigger since 2016 so maybe something backed out or the springs are getting worn.

Are sear engagement and pull weight separate adjustments on that trigger?

Assuming this TriggerTech is the same as what is now called the TT Primary, then no. There's only a single adjustment screw for pull weight. @@user-gp4lo4yr3b

I'm having a not too dissimilar issue with a TT and my WK-180C (think AR-180B), in that it's not resetting and leaving a slight indentation on the primer. Granted, my TT is an old one designed for AR-15s (shouldn't be an issue since the WK-180C uses an AR-15 trigger set-up), but that shouldn't be an issue. Anyway, still trying to troubleshoot that one. If I can't resolve it I may just end up going back to the stock trigger, which kind of sucks.
