I have a 25in DI rifle and have had pretty simular results. In my opnion Center X is way to slow to run for match ammo. I recently lot tested Tenex and had great results with speeds with in 8fps of published.
In my experience with this barrelled action, Center-X is ideal in the summer and fall months when it pushes 1050 to 1055. When it hits 50F and below, it slows to 1040 and under.
