What do you do when the JD 748 quits on ya because the ECM is throwing a fit? Get the trusty old Computer-less Clark! Skidding the way it should be. This is in NW Ontario.
The tree farmer is a pulling beast as well. Hard to beat the c6d with duetz and the extended rear fram. Spent many years on one and imo they were very capable on steep ground and pull a decent hitch most machine would struggle with
i'm from NW Ontario and this looks familiar to my Camp's Cut Road. Mr. Fortier had a Clark 666 Ranger, and a Timberjack Feller/buncher. Is this out by Fire Hill Lake?
The guy running the loaded should be unhooking the chokers for the skidder operator. The faster the skidder can get off the landing speeds up the operation.
