I wish they offered sea deck and or the nonskid soft touch spray in deck liner like express or Excell brands have.

i thought your boat would run faster than that ,i have 16ft9inch tide craft with 90 evinrude 2 cycle that ran 52 when it was new .

I have a 2022 and unfortunately it looks like a wrinkled beer can. Ranger pressed the frame to far into the hull. Pretty sure the entire hull is warped. Dealer should have caught this issue. Hopefully this is an isolated issue. Little bummed out because Ranger has a great product. Not bashing, all other Rt188P look great. Marks does.

Too bad all the compartments leak like a sieve, the only solution is silicone caulk around the black rubber seals and redo all the plastic lock collars that are installed over the carpet with no water proofing. It is the most frustrating thing about that boat. But coming in a close second is the total lack of options. You can’t get anything bigger than the 115hp 150 nope, radio nope, Bluetooth speakers nope, interior lights nope, any dry box besides one you bring on board with you, nope. In fact the one main compartment by the counsel is at even a full compartment they use the deck as the floor base so it just gets soaked. For a $40k boat it is the most overpriced boat and quickest way to ruin thousands in gear. Oh yeah no option for built in NAV lights, and I could go on. On the plus side it is sturdy, rides well, and has lots of storage. It looks nice in the water but seriously I could list several other aluminum brands in the same price point with much much higher quality and build options.

Junk Hull Design. You won't stay dry in this boat, even with a moderate chop. Buy something else.
