Remember, as bad as you think about someone else, someone might think about you. Get outside of yourself. Avoiding fratricide isn't a box to check - doing so shows you think about your people the right way. Look around for people that need you to lift them up in that moment. Allow others to lift you too. You'll need it at some point. 40 years down the road, you'll realize how you were part of a fractionally minute slice of humanity - and how damn few of us there are in the world. Every person with you there is amazing in their own way - some better than others. Appreciate the Fellowship of Shared Suffering.
