I remember going to this game with my mate out of school, what a great Tuesday night we had, I missed the first game cause I was sick, but this was well worth missing the first, I got to see Cooper in one of his best games for Rangers, just at the time the sheep and UTD were winning the league each year. I am 52 now and still have a season ticket holder, that was the time when they had the ROVER season ticket for under 16's, for 15 quid,, lol. You could get in the front and rear of every stand and the enclosure, only place u could not get in was the Main stand, my Cousin and I just decided where to go when we got to Ibrox, Enclosure 65% of the time, hehe... I had been getting the Rover ticket since season 78/79, does anyone else remember them, this was my 2nd last time of getting the Rover I got it the next season cause I did not turn 16 until a month after they went on sale, my Mum bought it for my birthday, God bless you, Mum,, she's gone now but I will always love her, more now than ever, she knew I loved Rangers even though she did not want me to go to games. :)

i remember this ….the ‘stoor’ that used to rise after a goal was unbelievable….it was ash and sleepers underfoot that nite .none of your posn concrete ..great night .
