The clubs been drastically run into the ground. The player training model is non existent, settling multimillion pound court cases out of court. Ibrox construction failures. The list is endless at the moment. Now we have to watch as multiple of our rivals players are being links for £25million+ moves. And we can’t get rid of the likes of Matondo, Hagi, Cantwell etc. It’s pretty bloody tragic. Very worrying that clubs are showing little interest in our players. And the interest they do show, the valuation is only a few million. We have to admit it we are Miles and Miles behind our so called rivals.
Looking back to 55 we had a good model behind us and now look at the state of the club its depressing tbh. Celtic went a season and a half without laying a glove on us and now were not able to beat them.
Spending 6 million on putting the Disabled fans in the Copland and forcing us to play at Hampden instead of buying Sima is an utter disgrace!!!! Board needs changed massively.

Gers spent to challenge Celtic, , it worked as a one off, you won league. Stopped 10iar, at the time that's what most rangers fans wanted.,!! Did they spend to much, looking back probably yes.. but it depends how much you care about 10iar, BUT that comes with consequences of repaying the debt & also the big fact.. Celtic can spend "every year", that only comes with solid business foundations "over many many years". Can't ask board for quick fixes ( which cost lot more), then once they have done it, complain ..
the amount of us wanting two players that DO NOT want to be here, have shown childish attitudes, their agents too, and not performed anywhere near our standard.. is honestly worrying
Big phil aint doing his job. He is there to improve the players you have and his players he brings in. Thats a managers job why does everyone dismiss that fact thats there main focus and main focus only
This isn’t a rebuild. You have to improve on what you currently have and grow in order to rebuild. We haven’t done that at all. We are failing in every department as a business/ football club, on and off the pitch. We are re-building nothing. The big question is, how has this happened? Why has this been allowed to happen and is continuing to happen.. Complacency, mismanagement? All I know that as a fan.. this is grim. It’s getting boring and repetitive now, season after season we are ‘rebuilding’ this should not happen to a club our size, with the fan base we have, we should be thriving and getting stronger every year. Same s***, different season.
We have to remember that Sima didn’t wholeheartedly say that he wanted to return to Rangers plus the fact that Sima could have refused the French deal.

Manager doesn't think he's good enough, considering his high wage. Manager thinks he can get better for that wage. Also, rumoured that one more game triggers a big increase in wage

@@garymcphillie5442 when players ask to leave, (or the manager tells them they aren't part of the plans), sometimes those players can keep getting game time , and sometimes they don't. It's usually down to whether there's been a fallout, or if the manager trusts the guy to be a professional with their effort, or if the manager thinks the players attitude might stick out the changing room. In hagi's case I heard some stuff about him not reporting back to training on-time because he was on holiday. As a player I think hes decent, but we can do better, he's too slow
We need to cheer up guys. If we dont get anymore players we need to get behind the team. 64 years ago was my first game and since then i have only seen once when everybodies heads were down as much as this. Players out are Wright, Matonda, Hadgi, Cantwell, Danilo, Yilmaz. Thats six players and its not looking good to be able to get rid of them.😢😢😢
Castore are bringing out another top especially for a few of our players, it’s white with black stripes, and optional mask, disgrace what some of these guys get for what they produce. GET RID.

I've said before and I'll say again; Cantwell doesn't have the mental strength to succeed. He needs love and adoration. Sadly, when losing the league and cup year upon year that love isn't going to be given out. Matondo, Hagi, Davies and Wright are squad players on 1st team player wages. That's the issue. I wonder how Davies would play at LB. Good on the ball and clever. He is sadly a weak little boy though. Maybe out wide those duels he loses no longer become issues.
Not one player is playing good enough to get a big move. Barron is a breathe of fresh air. Diomande works. Dessers gets too much stick. Cantwell should be keeping his mouth shut and train and play to get his move. Same with hagi. Prove yourself. Nobody wants an unreliable player that doesn’t turn up week in/ week out. Players are turning into wage thief’s and good on Big Phil for not wanting cantwell and hagi in the team. Not good enough and bad attitude
