This happens to me every single game when they feel they can't kill me, just pick sombra and all the entire game focuses on me...it's Amazing how they get salty so fast when you play wrecking ball
@@inq_1289 sombra can counter every hero actually xD... Anyway there some options to counter ball ( Mei, junk rat, roadhog) it's not necessary to pick the most broken character in game to counter a low tier tank
I don't get Sombra's design at all - you have around 0.3 seconds to react to a hack because for some reason its got shooters advantage, so it will hack round walls etc with a retarded duration, range, risk/reward ratio and cd. -- Amazing design!
Pretty easy to react to and even if you dont react in time you can shoot her afterwards. Besides it disables you for like 0.5 seconds and gives dmg boost only to sombra. Overall mid hero
I know this video is a year old; though seriously at 5:19. the amount of choices that could've been made is driving me nuts(to try to figure out where the Sombra is). I know this isn't a mechanic anymore; though seriously it's just so fricken rad to see that sort of thought process literally play out in real time, in the speed that you made your choice. It shows the amount of patience and straight up level-headedness you've had to keep while becoming a journeyman on your toon. Just awesome dude!
ball gameplay is pure suffering the number of things that could go wrong tends to infinity you have no right to make a mistake, unlike any other tank (doomfist doesn't count, he's just unplayable)
About the push to talk stuff at the beginning of the video. Maybe you should use CAPSLOCK? thats what I use and its cause me no problem and its easy to hit. 😁
In your opinion would you say ball is not recommended when solo quing or even 3 manning? I find it rough to play ball with even my friends in comp because they're so use to reinhart/orisa types of pushes.
This is very true now that there is only 1 tank role in game, thankfully I learned ball in OW1 where there was such thing as an "off tank", it made for this type of gameplay much easier
Low ELO should be relatively easy although imo u should prolly have someone that can chip the tank a bit better than u the way I've found most success is make a dive on their supports or their flanking dps if the tank tries to come and help do not and I mean do not take that 1v1 unless he is already low health and u have at least half just use grapple and get back to your team on the grapple back try to boop someone and block them off from their team to hopefully get the pick with ball I found u never just want an all out team fight and if they do use ball to create space he's alot harder to do a sigmas or rein or orisa type play style although unlike those others if your supports start to get hard dived u can boop them off to take over the 1v1 so they hopefully will survive
wrecking ball is B tier according to krow tier list, while rein is C tier, since both player have reached the peak, ball which have higher skill ceiling win
Im a good ball player too, but the most players doesn’t know how to play with him in a team, spitting „tankdiff“ in chats, while I got most dmg, kills, less death and a good positioning. It’s so frustrating to be a good ball and get teams who have 0 gamesence, shooting nonstop at zarya bubbles and shields.
