IMO take a point into pricing howl, the utility is better than having an extra point in cleave. You lose virtually dps. I've also seen people take booming voice which while niche could be useful depending on fight length. Awesome guide.
Tried the glad stance in some mara world offering runs. Damage was decent but I just had no threat spamming devastate/whirlwind/cleave on mobs. Even death wish and berserkers rage on princess I still couldnt hold threat, had to keep taunting.
loving the videos! do you have the weak auras for the raid/consume buffs missing along the bottom? would be great if you had a list of all your weakauras used
Hey bro does imp expose or homunc make it so that you dont get the double hit with devestate? Does sunder armor still stack while imp expo is on the target?
What is the key differences here between dps and tank version of this ? Mocking blow and Taunt ? or am i missing something crucial tanking with this build besides " do dmg " ?
Little dissapointed the fist weapons are BIS, epic 1H sword looks good and looks dope, might just say screw the parses and go for the 1H for glad and fury
@@UlfhednarTV its rare without defensive stance its posible to maintence rank on threat vs full dps.. and when u arent tank and u are using gladiator stance too how can to "break" threat vs other tank ? i remember in vanilla tanking with double dagger in fury/protc to get more threat for more dmg...
@@henshireTake threat from other tank with taunt. Spamming deva is fine for holding threat vs the rest of the raid, it does much more threat than other dps.
Il stick to deep prot and clear 8/8 every week with my guild of IRL mates and not care about parsing tyvm. Honestly this parsing culture is getting beyond. Spending hundreds of gold on consumes. Using time getting full world buffs. Our first guild run we did 8/8 in 3.5 hours 0 world buffs. Old cheap consumes.
@lachlaneft yea but average Joe's are struggling to get into pugs because they don't parse 90+ but are perfectly capable of clearing the content. These videos promote unrealistic expectations for pepole who don't just play wow all day.
You do you brother I am not telling anyone to run this and nothing else. Very realistic for casuals as gearing is very simple in this phase and consumable price for this run is 20 gold. If you do incursions with a group u can make easy over 100 gold an hour.
@UlfhednarTV all I'm saying is. If your gona cover tank builds that do insane dps but require insane healing. Why not cover high threat sheild slam builds. 20g for consumes per run wow. It's legit x5 that amount on my server
Shield slam build is way worse in general. Yes its better for threat slightly which is not a problem here as you can see and mitigation same story. If you or your raid cannot handle tanking in this stance then nothing is wrong with running shield slam you will just take longer in fights and have to do more mechanics because damage will be very low
