Before the item rework, shurelyas was a common buy for midlaners. Champs that benefit very hard from movement speed like vladimir used to rush it all the time.
@@thorelietz3514 Shurelyas had everything a Vladimir wanted. Back then, it gave 20 CDR which is about 25 ability haste now, coupled with 200 bonus health and a decent 40 AP. All while costing 2.5k gold, and building from Fiendish Codex and Kindlegem (Also super good components for vlad). The numbers might be finnicky, going from memory.
