I've played the Excitebike course countless times and I had no idea at all there was randomisation there. 😅

The DK mountain gap jump is still in the game and it’s quite easy. They even added a new shortcut on the mountain section.

For the Tokyo track I wish that it was a night time track and was in more of the big city area with all of the colorful signs and billboards

29:38 this is a common misconception the game does know because your items are given accordingly just the game refuses to tell you

A lot of the low enteries are quite sad since a lot of them have really fun shortcuts/techs X3 Like Sky garden is super fun with how there's multiple shortcuts and drifting off the leavesis faster and Koopa Cape you can make fun cuts before entering the river/exiting. That and the precision of coins boosts is fun personally, but yeah just interesting seeing that

The only reason I like Sky-High Sundae at all is because of the aesthetic of it being ice cream. I love ice cream, but man do I wish the track was better laid out for gameplay.

However i will say i actually completely understand your #1 choice. It has quite a lot of everything needed to be a great track and you actually had me thinking why is it not ranked as #1 for most ppl barring if they ranked Mount Wario or Big Blue that high?

I personally really hate the idea of a Nintendo kart. It just doesn’t seem like a good idea to me. Smash Bros is already the crossover series. There really doesn’t need to be another one. Mario kart games usually have around 30 tracks (Mario kart 8 blows that out of the water now but that’s the exception) and depending on how many series are used, that would mean be each series would only be able to get a certain number of tracks. Mario kart by itself already doesn’t use the Mario series to its fullest potential so that would just be amplified with even more IPs. Plus even if they do a Nintendo kart they’re definitely not gonna call it that. They definitely would keep it called Mario kart for brand recognition. I say just keep it Mario kart for have a few guest characters and tracks. Although with all of that said I would be fine if Nintendo kart was a one time thing as Mario kart 9s gimmick or something

I love special cup rainbow road. I would actually argue it is the hardest track in the game on 200cc. I cannot finish it without falling off at least once. Madrid is my favorite city track. I think Dry Dry Desert is the worst track in the game. My favorite track in the game is either Dragon Driftway or Wii Rainbow Road.
