Honestly, statistically speaking, yeti chomper is the best chomper as it has same health as base, which is already pretty great. It has a ranged attack which is something most chompers don’t have this ranged attack also freezers enemies resulting in them, not being able to move as fast away from you. Now you would expect this ranged attack to not do as much damage because of this, but no it does more damage as well. It’s crazy and I don’t know how he’s so slept on unless I’m missing something. Plus is the fluffiest and cutest:)))
If you want to regenerate legendary mode disco chomper, just don't do suicide chomp. Yes, I know it may be difficult for some, but mastering the chomper can make you a god on the battlefield.
yasoor is right, hot rod is highly regarded as the BEST chomper in gw2 and is actually the best chomper at NOT suiciding due to the short burst of speed after eating a zombie.
Ok, I main chomp thing. This is not meant to be hostile, but would some genuinely tell me why people thing he’s bad, if u level him up, equip both regen abilities and a damage upgrade he’s not that bad. Please in replies tell me why people hate him.
Hot Rod And Yeti Chomper (including normal chomper and disco chomper) are the best ones on my opinion, I have mastered yeti chomper in the game he's really good at craaaaazy targets too.
I find the armored Trumper pretty useful it may be slower but it the higher HP is good maybe instead of it eating upgrade could have had a speed upgrade
I’d argue armoured is severely underrated he can literally 2 tap imps and most scientists and has 150 health easily one of the best chompers if u play him right
Unicorn > Twilight. Better mobilty, postioning and escaping then twilight. Having 2 tps can help you escape as the cooldown is short + goes the same distance as 1 twilight tp when using consecutively.
I reckon count compula should be higher. The amount of situations I’ve serviced and kill streaks of got with him, once I eat on person I just heal right back up then eat another, heal, eat another, heal and on and on and on. But everything else seems to be in the right place
Only recently got into gw2, only just got my first chomper and my thoughts going into this were: "Istg if Chomp Thing is at the bottom." Guess Im stuck with default.
Please do not start a war, this is just my opinion. In my opinion, yes chomp thing is still my worst spray chomper, in my opinion, he is not the worst chomper. Armor is my worst one. Though, it may just be because I’m not good at the game anymore cuz I actually had my highest streak with armor above the chompers. I just think the speed and potential of getting in your enemies face is too much work without goop/Super sticky goop. Including the fact that his burrow is slower than other chompers, that kinda nerfs him for my play type. I would rather stay underwater for 20+ minutes than play armour chomper for 30 seconds. I’d say he’s the worst character in the game despite the fact that I hate the chomper class. If I had to pay him I would play him against AI or garden operation. I will talk about chomp thing soon. If you wanna argue about something, feel free to reply, including the fact that I may just be bad at this class let alone this game. Edit 1: Wow, did I just remix the Bible?
I think count chompula is better than reg chomper I’m pretty sure reg chomper faster but by a little count chompula can heal and that’s powerful if you know how to use him. he can be pretty good, but other then that honestly every chomper pretty bad
