The most recent Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 update came with a lot of additions. One of the biggest Festival of Universes features were festival exclusive moves. Here is a list ranking them from worst to best.

When you watch videos like this you realize that they grossly overuse the sound effect that used to be almost exclusive to organ busting gut punches. It’s almost every single attack in this game.
@@LReframedit freezes people that try to hit you while you use it. If you get frozen you aren't able to move,limit burst or anything at all and Hit gets to have a free ult on you
Is there a way to get the festive varients of the characters even after the event ended or is it a limited time only and will never be used or seen again.
After seeing Blaster Ball, Flash Fist Crush, Deadly Dance and Instant Severance, I'm mad I missed out on the first couple weeks of the first festival. These can't be equipped by cacs can they?
Bro i have to ask, how do i play xenoverse with mods on multiplayer? i saw ur past videos and u seemed to be playing with other players with different movesets and im pretty sure u need mods to change moveset right? i kinda need help man
If you mean they have a different moveset on, for example, Vegito Blue, it's likely the Customize Partner preset, as you can get custom presets for certain characters that aren't available as mentors, such as Vegito Blue.
These festival moves really shouldve just replaced as the default version of the moves. It's literally them making the moves as they *should have* looked from the start.
I'm pretty sure it's like any other event. It will be back. We know it is a second festival with different characters and different festival skills, but the first one has to come back at some point.
Idk for sure but hellblade rush is actually better for an opponent due to the duration. I don't think the damage outweighs the stamina they recover. Easily giving them time to regain one of the most valuable pvp resources. The rest of them you rated fair. God bless!
That’s the neat part, you don’t… They were available for a limited time during the Festival of Universes Event. Via interacting with the respective characters and or playing as them you’d earn “Camaraderie” with them and when it was maxed out you’d fight the character and upon winning get a new variation with the (Festive) Move You’d also get bonus rewards depending on the team you selected at the start of the event. Your choices for teams of Universes 6, 7 and 11 When participating in events you’d score points for your team… Universe 7 won every single round I haven’t heard of anyway to get the skills since
3:31 now i got a lot of builds, but how tf do you even get that much stamina, even with Krillin's super soul (power! A lotta power!) 😂 (If its not modded that is)
Solar flare festival is worse, just because it's an evasive that blocks nothing, put it at number 20. At least eagle kick has good i frames, it's honestly way better than it. Feint shot is negligible by comparison to it's base form. Hellblade rush being so high despite having so many problems is cap, that's 19, it's considered a basic combo, does poor damage, and doesn't even work online.
Hot take: they all suck ass since there locked to the cannon characters, like all the effort to unlock them and you can’t put them in any custom characters
