@@WeebyNewz I remember when v3 came out that people thought kirumi and shuichi might be twins and would swap clothes throughout the game cause they looked so similar on their artwork (pale skin, same green eyes and long eyelashes) still a good idea though even if it wasnt the case.

@@Razzle_D0_Dazzle As far as I remember, that promotional art was taken out of context. Someone just saw that old promotional art with Akane looking kinda angry/evil and said that it was the rival character at some point and that rumor spread like fire. The page that had this image was actually just talking about the first 4 revealed characters: Hajime, Chiaki, Akane, and "Togami" (the ultimate imposter). The article also mentioned gameplay elements (including the rebuttal showdown, hence why it includes an early version of the rebuttal showdown animation), and a joke about the similarities of some of these new characters with the previous ones: the two Byakuyas, Akane and Asahina. And as everyone already knows "Togami" dies first and Chiaki is the main girl of the game (hence why it´s specifically Hajime and Akane the ones portrayed in the rebuttal. Because they do had rebuttal animations for the game. Togami and Chiaki weren´t meant to have rebuttal animations againts Hajime. "Togami" because he dies without participating in a class trial and Chiaki because she was supposed to support Hajime during the class trials and literally never had a rebuttal againts him because of it). Nagito (who as far as I remember was not revealed at the moment of this promotional art was out) was always planned to be the rival and later on he was hyped up in promotional material as this mysterious character with some connection to Makoto (with his character design and his anagram name) precisely because he was going to be the rival character. You don't just reveal the best things you have all at once. That's one of the reasons why they only showed four characters at the begining and why Nagito was saved for later. I already explained why she wasn´t the rival. And as for why Akane was supposed to be the mastermind: As it was pointed out in the video. Hajime´s name means "begining" and Akane´s last name means "end". Which was already a hint about her role as the mastermind. Along with many other things like her voluptuous body type being very similar to Junko´s body. Akane also gets a close relationship with the buff character of the game (an idea that "mastermind Akane" was supposed to have as cover before she was scrapped as the mastermind along with the idea of having her as one of the survivors before the reveal). If I remember correctly, Kodaka stated in an interview that AI Junko was turned into final boss of SDR2 because he couldn´t come up at the time with a better mastermind than her. And it´s true, If they would´ve followed with Akane as the mastermind she was supposed to maintain this fake airhead girl facade (and her physical abilities/strength ), to later on be revealed that she had a connection to Junko (which would´ve been just fake Junko, a.k.a Mukuro from DR1 done twice). Instead of that, she was kept as we all know her, a lovable but kind of airhead girl with great physical abilities that had a close connection with the buff character of the game and that was also a survivor (aspects that were going to be used as a cover for the reveal of her as the mastermind before getting scrapped in SDR2). Except from the voluptuous body type, which is a trait kept and shared by all the masterminds of the danganronpa games (even for the ones that were scrapped like mastermind Akane and the scrapped "second generation Junko Enoshima" character from UDG), all the other aspects planned for Akane as the mastermind of SDR2: the fake friendly facade, her friendship with the buff character as a cover and her role as a survivor for the reveal as the mastermind later on were all aspects that were scrapped for mastermind Akane but that were later on implemented for Tsumugi as the mastermind. That was just a rumor that spread like fire after someone made a comment with the image of that promotional art but without the context. She was intended to be the mastermind at some point though. But then those aspects that were scrapped for Akane where implemented for Tsumugi.

I have concept for this character. Maybe they will revive the one who die, but monokuma decide to kill her because of it. Maybe shls zombie could revive people, but their memories are changed a bit. Or shls zombie could be the mastermind

I completely agree, it's pretty clear that Chiaki was supposed to just be an ai based on chihiro/alter ego but then they decided to change it in the making of DR3 because of how popular her character is and they had make up some bs reason for how that was possible

@Genocider.Sy0 most people tend to not notice that when they listen to the song, when I first listened to it, I assumed it may be something like abuse, murder or cannibalism like how they imply in the beta death videos (which the death has never been confirmed to be the actual beta death), but I didn’t catch on that it could’ve been about r*pe until later on. Nonetheless, the song is quite a good one, and I don’t really think OP said anything related to what the song was about either
