Its batshit crazy, The Slim Shady LP can be considered top 50 rap albums of all time, while MTBMB and Kamikaze have no business being even near the top 50
@Go go gadget di- So? It doesnt really matter unless youre playing Eminem around your family, which no one does. And tf is swimming, swimming, swimming?
Yeah I bet that shit is completely burnt to a crisp and not in a good way his ratings were so bad the fire department had to come because this guy thought he was cooking something really good when it turned out really bad
Eminem Show is his number 1 to me. A perfect balance of flow, lyricism and musical aspect. This album is very approachable to new hip hop listeners while still provides the technical complexity and enough roughness for more experienced heads
@@jacobdoyle8951 what are ur skips on mmlp? the only one i can think of off the top of my head would be remember me, but i cant rlly think about another one, unless you talking bout kim which for me kinda doesnt count
@@dalbian who knew and I'm back Which if I intend to listen to an album (usually I just play my non-skip playlist if Im not trying something I haven't listened to before) MMLP is 15-16/18 (Kim is iffy on the replay value) Revival is 16-17/19 (untouchable in the same vein although admittedly not as powerful as Kim)
People like listening to a more mature, angry, cocky Eminem. It didn’t have as much passion and grit to it and wasn’t as artistic but the whole horror edgy rap isn’t for everyone especially more mature grown people
Slim shady LP and the Eminem show was his greatest, how can you put infinite on a mid, that whole album was amazing too! And recovery was def an amazing album
@@munt112_Uggghhh.... Black magic, tone deaf, lock it up, no regrets, favourite b.tch, unaccommodating, these demons...I can understand that you have a different taste so you may dislike these but Godzilla, Higher, Gnat and Those kinda nights too? Wtf. Don't call music mid when it's subjective unless it's some mumble rapper🥸♟️.
@@NekADV look im an em fan but i dont praise everything he put Black magic is kinda of wack tone deaf is decent higher is mid, favourite bitch is trash godzilla and unaccommodating are amazing but they are from side a And those kinda nights is trash
That's how I always thought about him. He has MANY 10/10 song but his inconsistency makes his albums rather mid to listen to. But it's also a lot about taste as The Eminem Show is my favorite album of his.
Lyrically he was always great (except for some songs like rain man big weenie because of drugs💀) but yeah sonically he is rather inconsistent and has a lot of misses
Gonna get some hate but I prefer kamikaze and mtbmb over most of em albums, 50 year em isnt as cringy as he used to be, the humor was cool when I was 12 but I can see why alot of hip hop fans don't dig it.
Slim Shady Lp is criminally underrated, I know it’s not the type of album you would play in your car but you can’t deny the amazing lyrics and the crazy storytelling, it’s a classic in the classic of mmlp and eminem show
His best are clearly The Slim Shady LP , The Marshall Mathers LP and The Eminem Show. After that he was on a downward spiral apart from some moments on Kamikaze.
The slim shady LP is amazing literally every song from that album completely catch’s your attention good examples of this is “my fault” and “Kim” also recovery has cold wind blows I this that song is good enough to bring that up on the list. And relapse is actually vary good I definitely agree I love the song daja vu. And I love the Kamikaze album I have it on vinyl. But those are just my thoughts❤️ (Also infinite is phenomenal)
1. Marshall Mathers LP 2. The Eminem show 3. Slim shady LP 4. Relapse 5. Marshall Mathers LP II 6. Encore 7. Recovery 8. Infinite 9. Music to be murdered by 10. Kamikaze 11. Revival
@@WhatsTheBuzz_ Damn you were quick to respond lol, like 10 seconds after I posted it I get a notification. But I get it a lot of it has to do with personal experience and nostalgia. I really enjoyed MMLP2 so I listened to it hundreds of times around 2013-14, however recovery has a special place in my heart so it’s a ”great” for me, I found the aggression and beats very enjoyable, I mean No Love, Not Afraid, Going Through Changes, Seduction Space Bound, So Bad and On Fire were cool.
Even Fantanos hating ass had to put The Bad Meets Evil album at a strong 6 and he talks shit about eminem every other week The recovery / BME era of Eminem was great
Thats being nice bro, i refuse to believe anyone who likes recovery was a fan of Eminem since he started. Recovery was a huge disappointment for Em fans that were rhere fie the first five albums, especially anyone who understands how great Relapse was. Relapse was hands down his best album
@@maxxmarino6500i love relapse so muchhh Revovery was just a step down , it did have some great songs tho like No Love , Going through changes , seduction , youre never over and 25 to life
@@cavalrystyles8776 nah I agree, I only like those songs I stated. Believe and Castle/Arose I actually made a playlist of all the Eminem songs post Relapse that I feel were worthy of putting together on an album. There are a few leaked tracks but mostly it's made up of songs that made it onto his albums
@@HighTimes42071 Just can’t agree. Relapse has some of the best production of any Eminem albums period and Ems wordplay and flows are next level. Deja vu, Stay Wide Awake, Must be the ganja and Beautiful are some of Ems best songs ever. I don’t think you’ve listened to it enough to appreciate its beauty.
@HenryHooverWorld so I'm not allowed to have an opinion it's what you think sorry yo burst your bubble it's not I'm sticking with my favorites so get a life scrub
MTBMB is one of his best albums especially lyrically. Definitely his best feature wise and production is top notch. Definitely better that encore relapse and MMLp2 had that slightly screaming Em still and makes the album become annoying
@@trued2gMTBMB was my favorite for a while but in reality it became more of recency biased for me and it lost what I enjoyed when I first heard it so it didn’t have great repeatability minus a few songs like Godzilla
MMLP2 is so fucking good and revival doesn't deserve the hate it gets. Most people just hate it coz everyone else seems to and they can't think for themself
My ranking: 1. Encore (Most “Eminem” sounding instrumentals, the bonus tracks are amazing, Mockingbird made me cry the first time I listened to it, personally very fun and catchy tracks, the overarching story of the death of Slim Shady along with “When I’m Gone” is nice.) 2. Relapse (Beautiful and Deja Vu are amazing songs, very fun and catchy tracks.) I won’t continue, I’m shutting up now.
I'll never understand why people like relapse so much. The skill is there for sure, but the content isn't great, just shock value for the sake of it. His new stuff is way better but people just love to say he's fallen off
