i think slammer should go in a tier since yes, she does more damage and is cheaper, BUT she is HEAVILY, and i mean HEAVILY limited by her range which is why i think they should both go in a-tier edit:i also think golden juggs ability for the bottom path version should go into s-tier, some people dont understand how much of a difference 25% dmg buff can make (especially when stacked with john or medic)
Sniper ability may be overshadowed by recon drone but considering that if you get 2 0-4 snipers u can chain the ability to 100% semi recon drone which is not only very cheap but also useful for towers like bottom path rail gunners
1:59 this is why i hate slammer tower he made golden ranger caracteristic feature useless and i wasted my gold on golden ranger now its only good for early/mid and late game but i still love golden ranger but tbh slammer need a nerf in his stun thing
removing her stun pierce sounds fair. Grenadier and slammer can still have their own stunning traits, being crowd control stunning and leaving g ranger with the heavy duty stuff
I agree with this list but the only think I disagree with is the toxicnator ability since while 10% extra damage on bosses doesn’t seem like a lot, when you have a lot of towers like war ships G jug and xwm turret, it stacks up to pretty much an extra 100k dps for your entire defense. Other than that, great tier list!
Well ive got a few opinions even though im late the first obvious one is slammer being able to stun bosses for longer than golden ranger which idk why people are calling it better since slammer has such little range that you cant reliably use it and it'll die to the bigger enemies while golden ranger although being nearly double the cost has more range and has stealth detection since slammers ability only works on regular or stealthed near regular which is mk2s whole thing is going stealth, golden ranger is better for bosses that have close range killing abilities like Combat, Apex if you have lots of gjuggs/wars to sacrifice and calamity and slammer is better for stuff like predators and regular erads also Punkbuster makes this entire comment irrelevant since its a 15 second stun on bosses
"slammer makes golden ranger's abbility totally useless" well no, and it has a super small range, and it has to be close to the path so things like the spins from revived plague doc, eradicator, erad mk1c, and the ravages, will kill it, and she also has less health than gold ranger.
Stun immunity and it still is able to resist the spins from those eradicators don’t believe me see for your self , they primarily die to ravage spams but I find only one ravage spams which I think is the first one tends to kill them the most but use the ability and you can Kill that wave easily , being up to the track also means you can keep it out the way of where you place dps towers without wasting range and it’s 5 sec cooldown and it’s insanely cheap does dominate the golden ranger
I disagree with humvee A tower that has an ability to Spawn an unit with 400 hp and the cooldown is 25 seconds YOU CALL THAT GOOD?!?!?! VS A HEAVY TOWER WITH TOTAL OVER 1500 DPS THAT GET BUFFED SO IT'S DPS GOES UP TO 2000 AND HAVING ONLY 10 SECONDS COOLDOWN, THE TOWER HAS BIG RANGE, AND THAT POLICE THINGY DOESN'T EVEN CAN DETECT STEALTH, YOU CALL THAT'S A GOOD ABILITY?!?!?!?!?! AND ALSO CAN YOU ACTUALLY BEAT INTERMEDIATE WITH ONLY SPAMMING THOSE HUMVEES IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE? I think you should put golden juggernaut ability to B+ because he can buff himself and if you combo it with other support he will get more DPS than a warship ngl but why not A tier is because golden juggernaut ability only give him buff 3 seconds………………..nah jit tripin
toxicnator ability is an easy high S tier, john ability A tier (im sorry but the cooldown sucks so bad and last so little plus it doesnt stack + you dont need edj in endless solo, jug ability is enough to cook so gjug ability A tier) warship stealth reveal high A tier no question
@@CertifiedMadman but you said artillery can't attack without it's ability when the tower can Along side this when placing it down the ability doesn't need to be used as it let's you mark a area without using the ability
They need to nerf slammer stun to not affect bosses since it makes golden ranger stun more useless and less special if a tower that can stun bosses for longer and for cheaper
also golden ranger has WAY more range than slammer, meaning it (maybe even along slammer) can more reliably stun bosses (and of course the extra range means more dps). Both towers are not necessarily a replacement of the other, since apart of filling different niches, they both can be used together.
That's the purpose of the slammer, short range and high damage. But golden ranger isn't limited by its range and has like 3k more HP on bottom path. I think that's fair for a 22k tower and 45k tower.
@@lucasgammer7115well, when it comes down to it you would prefer 4 2-4 juggernauts getting a 50% dmg boost than a 2-4 juggernaut getting buffed by the kritmedic It effects towers in range, so you can fit like 10 and that percentage will be higher than the kritmedic (it would be 500% dmg boost when added up) But... Because of that it will do best in endless solo
@@--Mega-- the golden grenade can litteraly stun bosses its so op then the ranger grenade is unnecessary, because u can solo easy mode with top path rangers
With mk4 and mk1c yes, but with apex no, apex has low range to attack warship (just 4 closest warships in oil rig) place 2 XMW Rocket turret (apex just target with instakill attacks the most expensive tower) with uber and gg.
