The show is a great example of having fun with what a cartoon is. Cartoons only have the rules you give them and Chowder goes wild with it and its so fun. Its simple and so creative which is a part of the massive charm of the show. Humor, creativity and something new in every episode while keeping to the idea of cooking food. massive disrespect on the list I agree
im pretty sure he just know about the first season,, i cant see otherwise because he didnt even mention Marceline and Bonnibel ! which prove he doesnt know anything about them
Avatar was meant to prepare children I believe for learning about the real world and also nature and elements it even had adults gasped but yep real S tier qualities to teach us children to become better at listening and awareness of community
When I watched it as a kid cuz I was like 7 it was mostly for the jokes and cool fight scenes, when I watched it when I was older I noticed all the deep shit and was like 🤯🤯🤯 Even better than I remembered by far.
13:24 The first two seasons of Clone Wars can be rough at times but the later seasons are where it hits its full stride and caps off with a phenomenal final season. Highly recommend watching.
Clone wars is still one of my favorite shows but the final season was very underwhelming even parts of the final arc to me felt off. Still love all the older seasons S3-S5 def peak.
It was a tough call for a while on SpongeBob/Fairly Odd Parents and ESPN back when it was good for me. I got home from school and had those 3 on all the time.
I’m a be honest I hated any episode that didn’t have Patrick. There were definitely episodes I quit more than others. Old sponge bob as an adult though is peak.
I’ve waited years for the Hey Arnold respect and finally my search is over with TSO .. you truly are the greatest at rating aura Please accept this DS with full pause attached
23:48 Futurama is weird because the show has been cancelled and revived 3 times. First run is HIM. Comedy Central run was Fire. So far Hulu run has been solid only because it hasn’t finished yet lol
If I can make a recommendation for Clone Wars: Season 2-Episodes 5-8. All do a good job story telling, it continues one mini-arc through the whole thing. Really encapsulates what they capitalized on in later seasons and it doesn't require you to have lore knowledge to understand what's going on.
S: Adventure Time, Regular Show, SpongeBob SquarePants, Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous, Sonic Prime A: Avatar the Last Airbender, Close Enough, Ducktales, Gargoyles, The Ren and Stimpy Show, Rocko’s Modern Life, Peanuts, Tom and Jerry, Futurama, Beavis and Butthead, Daria B: Gravity Falls, Total Drama Island, Hailey’s On It, Inside Job, Teen Titans C: Steven Universe, The Owl House, Amphibia, The Simpsons, Family Guy, American Dad, Rick and Morty, Solar Opposites D: Thomas and friends: All Engines Go, Teen Titans Go F: Johnny Test, Kid vs Kat, Catdog, Ed, Edd, and Eddy
I would say that side characters from the Simpsons are iconic too, but on the strength of Joe, Quagmire,Cleveland, or someone like Carter gets minutes put it over the top. Animanics and Pinky and Brain were great even the new episodes on Hulu. Rick and Morty shows no signs of slowing down even with the new voice actors.
first 3 seasons of the clone wars are like a 7/10 at best but the randomly out of nowhere seasons 4-6 have some of the best and rawest star wars shit ever put to screen
If I’m being fr you probably NEVER gonna read this comment but if you somehow do, if you ever decide to watch Adventure Time, skip the first season and go straight to the second. If even that’s too much, just jump all the way into season 3. As a VERY last resort, go to season 5. If you don’t like it by then, the show just ain’t for you. I can tell by the fact that you said that everyone BESDIES Finn and Jake are childish that you haven’t watched past S1, cuz basically the entire show on from that point is Finn suffering from the consequences of his childish, impulsive actions and growing from them. The main cast has top tier development (except for Jake, he’s just the same guy), has one of the best stories out of every childhood show out there, and is just overall a modern classic.
Lol no dude. That's kinda crazy, it has nothing to do with piliic. For me it was the art style and how chill it is which to my kid brain didn't seem as interesting compared to Family Guy or South Park.
how is Chowder and Flapjack that low? especially Chowder. Im currently rewatching the show and its really good still. Its so creative and yes while the humor is wild at times its withing the rules of the universe so we expect weird and unexpected humor. The show always keeps to making food and yet not a single episode is the same. The characthers are funny and well defined. The humor is actually good and gets 4th wall breaking and meta. Chowder is a good example of its a cartoon so go wild with it cuz cartoons only have the rules you give them.
The show dropped in quality around season 5 (shit just happens in this show during this time), but the earlier seasons were funny asf and the plots were creative and told a coherent story throughout
